Shipping Policy:
The timeline for orders to ship out is usually within 3-4 weeks. We strive to get orders out in a timely manner and if there is a delay we will let you know.
All orders will be shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. This typically takes 2-3 business days for customers to receive their orders once they have been shipped. You will receive a tracking number where you can review shippping information at their website which is www.usps.com.
Shipping costs are based on the shipping chart below. It has been calculated by taking into account the size and weight of the items we sell. If you purchase more than one item the shopping cart will automatically do this for you.

Return Policy:
If you receive your item and it is damaged from shipping we will replace the item. Damaged orders need to be reported within 5 days of delivery in order for this to be valid.
Personalized items are not refundable. Although we are confident that you will find our products of the highest quality, if you are unhappy with a non-personalized item you may return it and we will refund your money less shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs as well.
